Haven't started modding CiV yet, but there are a couple of things I'd like to change and I'm wondering if anyone has done it already or know if it's (im)possible.
- Is it possible to make tech costs scale with city count, like culture? Say, increase tech costs by 10-30% (of base cost) for each city?
- Is it possible to make units use two different strategic resources? Say, knights need iron AND horses, tanks need oil AND iron, jet fighters need alu AND oil.
