I just googled steam "complaints" , "customer service", etc. Quite an eyeopener. Perhaps 2K games should have googled them before deciding to use them as a digital distributor.
Do not buy games that are serviced by Steam...Inevitably u will be unhappy with thier service...Do not support this horrible company...It is not "if" u will have problems with them it is "when".
