Map Builder Or Civ 5 Glitch

Hey guys , I've been trying to make a map on the Software Development Kit for some time now, and I just can't seem to figure out why it won't load when I play it on Civilization 5,

I am hoping that you guys can figure out what is wrong with it. Because I have been trying for 5 frigging days.


Notes*
I have made other maps with the Builder/SDK and they all work, this was the only map that didn't work.

I believe this glitch has something to do with Civ 5 Placements of Character positions.

This is a very, very balanced map and I want peoples to downloads it XD.

The file I put up for download is a map file developed by the SDK for civ 5,
This map does not load on Civ5 singleplayer for a some reason, and I cannot figure it out.
I am hoping that one of you guys will download the file and try to figure out why it will not work :S, sorry if I didn't make it clear enough in the Topic Post .
