[BTS] Map drag does not work

I used to be able to click & drag the big map.
Lately when I click, the big map just centers to where I click.
I read somewhere that it could be fixed with Options --> Interfece, but for some reason I don't have 'Interface' under 'Options'.
Any idea how to fix this?

I know how to use the mini-map, I'm looking for a solution for the main map...
