A pretty good map!
What about adding impassable land (peaks or ice) where the rest of the Asian continet is, so that there can be no ground units and no ships.

It will take place immeadiately following World War II, so after the Japanese were out of Manchuria.

Put the map in your worldbuilder saves folder. Then click "play now" then "Play scenario".
