it's a great map, but there's one geographical thing that's way off. the state of michigan, located in the upper right corner of the map (surrounded by water) is way too high on the map. the southern parts of lake michigan and erie should be almost parallel with the salt lake in utah.
i've attached your map with lines to indicate where michigan should be located at. there's a lower and upper peninsula and they should both be between the red lines. the northern lake (superior) extends past the upper red line (us/canada border) into canada.
