Map of Ukraine?

Can anybody here make a map of Ukraine showing Ukraine,SouthEast Poland,and a Western part of Russia.I need this for the Original Civ3 because I'm prepared to make an awesome scenario about Ukraine's fight for independence from Poland and Russia during the 17th Century.

I will report it to a moderator who will move it to the main C&C thread.

I will take a look if I can find a Civ2 equivalent to convert that you can use as base. No promise though
