Map Question with Worldbuilder

Hello
Is there any way to trim down a map in worldbuilder? I have a map of Europe I want to use, but I want to cut off North Africa, Spain, the Middle East, and most of Russia.
So is there a way, or am I sunk and have to create a map on my own?

there is no map crop feature, but Jebus modified worldbuilder (http://forums.civfanatics.com/showthread.php?t=392023) might eventually include it

another option is to convert the map into a BMP (or use an existing euro map BMP, check civ4 maps), then crop it with a image editor, and reconvert it back into a map using http://forums.civfanatics.com/showthread.php?t=135740

Stupid Question time:
How do I convert a Civ4 map into Civ5? I don't recall seeing that option in the Worldbuilder.

when you load a map in worldbuilder, i think it's at the bottom for 'file types', click it to show civ4 maps. they load up as new civ5 maps

EDIT: Can't find any good Euro maps for what I want in the Civ4 area. I'm just going to use a map that I found with mountains to block areas off.
I've never been able to get the BMP converter to work properly, but I'll give it a go later.
