[Map Script] Earth Flavour: historically appropriate starting positions

Well, I might take a crack at it, though my python abilities are pretty much non-existent.

You don't need to know a big deal about Python to do it. A lot of the stuff to do is more or less cut and paste and to investigate, which terrain, features etc are appropriate for a certain civ. I'm just too busy to do it myself at the moment.

It's ages since I made this and I can't even remember the basics of how it works.

To be honest, this mod looks a lot better than mine: http://forums.civfanatics.com/showthread.php?t=290694

I recommend using that instead
