Does anyone have any links to any good maps?

Really large ones, Island ones, Perhaps one that looks like earth?

See the first two files in our Alpha Centauri Downloads section. These zip files contain some really big randomly-generated maps. You also can find some maps at alphacentauri2. Right off the top of my head, I can't recall an Earth map for SMACX.

Here is a earth map i extracted from a googlie scenario and cleaned of terraforming.

The terra map there suffers from the common problem of too many land tiles being at 10m elevation and thus even the slightest ocean rise due to eco damage causes alot of damage. Still, its a good looking map.
