Problem: Master of Mana runs with excessive stutters on automatic camera panning (when the camera swings over to the next unit to take an action) and when the units move to another tile.
What I have done:
* Checked if original Civ4 Beyond the Sword runs smooth. Beyond the Sword CIV4 does NOT have this problem.
* Completely uninstalled and erased all traces of Civ4 and its expansions. Reinstalled all of Civ4 and all its expansions.
* Redownloaded MOM1.3, MOM1.42 and MOM1.42G. Reinstalled all of those.
* Double checked if the installer places the files where they should go (I have the Steam version of Civ4). The path is correct for the Steam version: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Sid Meier's Civilization IV Beyond the Sword\Beyond the Sword\Mods\Master of Mana
* Set folder options as Administrator in the Civ4 folder. Set Civilization4.exe to run as Administrator. Also tried to set Civ4 to run in XP SP3 Mode.
* Changed graphic settings to the lowest setting possible
* Changed the setting for InputSync in C:\Users\Fib Gibbley\Documents\My Games\beyond the sword\civilizationIV.ini
My System Specs and additional information:
* Video Card: HIS IceQ Turbo Radeon HD 6950
* OS: Windows 7 64bit
* Processor: AMD Phenon II X4 955
* Civ4 and all expansions are STEAM VERSIONS
* Beyond the Sword Build Version 3.1.9.0 28100 (Civ Version 319, FINAL RELEASE)
* MOM1.3, MOM1.42 and MOM1.42G mods used only. Assets folder from Patch G dragged and dropped correctly.
