Master of Mana multiplayer league (M3L)

Hello, we do comp stomps, casual FFA, and RP games.


We will be having a Master of Mana game this saturday (ie: Tomorrow) at 10:00 AM US Eastern time.

We fully support Thirlan's weekly FFA, and therefore we will (likely) not have games on September 1st or 2nd.

We use Hamachi (as MoM seems to be peculiar with Gamespy and Gameranger).

Let us know if you are interested in playing Tomorrow.

Let us know if you are interested in playing on September 8th, and 9th.

If you let us know we will start talking settings.


Settings which will not be likely to change.

Tiny/Small on Erebus continent. (Or Tiny/Small/Standard on Pangea)

Blazing/Fast turn timer

Simultaneous turns

starting time between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM US Eastern Time.**

(Although on Saturdays, late-games might be possible after the first game ends, if the first game ends quickly or if enough stragglers arrive)

** Starting time will be quite negotiable, as well as Democratic.


*This is an experimental project, as even Hamachi can be wonky at times. Some patience may be required, but trust me ... MoM is awesome

*There will be some OOS in the late game, unlike in More Naval AI ... however we have gotten pretty good at speedy rehosting

I am testing the waters to see who all would be interested in Master of Mana multiplayer. So please let me know if you are interested.

Also, if you are interested, please let me know which dates (or times) you would be able to play.

For instance ... "I can play most Saturdays" is a good answer. As well as "I can play, but only if the starting time is X:XX"

this upcoming weekend, I believe that Thirlan (and possibly Yann) will be available. If I'm in town, I'll play too. Maybe we can get Ivan to participate as well.

that'd be potentially 5 people including you ...enough for an interesting game I think!

I'd also be up to playing EitB instead, for practice for my PBEM, but I'll default to MoM of course since this is M^3 after all

There was some funkiness last time I tried to play, but I think that was a different computer and certainly different mods. So it's a whole new game. Do you still use Hamachi?

If Thirlan and Yann show up, Yann will likely host directly, so no need for hamachi.

Otherwise, yes I will likely host using Hamachi (if I am in town (75% chance))

Hi ! If you are playing next week-end, I would be interested (as well as probably a friend of mine). Are you still playing from 10AM (EST) on Saturday ? Besides, are you using 1.42 patch D, or something else ? Thanks.

At the moment my 1.42 is patch C, but I see no problem with updating to patch D if it is available.
