Maximum Steam Workshop Size

Unsure if this goes here, after all it's been a while since I posted here. Sorry in advance for my simple question. I'm trying to upload a mod that is currently 159 MB in size. While I heard elsewhere that there is a 100 MB limit, this can't be true as the Ethnic Units mod is 161 MB in size. Any idea why I can't upload this mod?

There is a 100MB limit. Ethnic Units is 38 MB according to the Downloader: http://steamworkshopdownloader.com/view/91830423.

TBH, I was having troubles uploading a ~85 MB mod. Took many, many upload attempts to get it uploaded before it timed out.
