I just got CivIII:Complete and downloaded a trainer to help with a couple of things as I played.. But I don't know what version of the game I have. Could someone tell me how I check the patch version? I checked the readme in the Civ III folder, but it get 1.29f, and since that's the version I had with normal CivIII before I got this new one, I didn't think that could be right.

Yeah, it's right.
When you load Civ3/PTW/C3C, the version will be in the lower left corner of the main title screen.
Complete should come with 1.29f, 1.27f, and 1.22f for Civ3/PTW/C3C.
