[MAYBE A BUG] tech goody gives me the tech I'll get in 1 turn!

Bonjour,
Following problem at the very beginning of the joined game: I'll get potery in one turn and I discover a ruin in which I find a new high tech called...
"potery" !
I won 1 turn of research! what a decisive bonus!
It seems that the "goody logic" has to be improved because it's quite ridiculous.
