I have an idea for a mod, I never modded anything before so i was wondering if anyone that has experience can tell me how to do some of the things that is required to make a good mesoamerica mod, such as civics, tech tree, units , and leaders.

So if anyone can tell me how to make a mod or link a thread in which explains and shows me how to do i would grateful
