Mesopotamia Crash

Civ3 crashes at the end of the first conquest after the best cities screen, before the "you will be remebered..." screen.
Does anyone know how to fix this?
I dominated and want to know my score.

Make sure the CampaignRecord.hof file is not marked as 'read only'.

I'm about to play it and see if it fixes it, and i assume it will.
