I would NEVER justify terrorists attacks. My comment was a sarcastical one. At best, it only explains, not justify. I fell really sorry if you interpreted it that way.
I hate to do this, explaining what I wrote because people will assume I take them for idiots, but I was just criticizing the worst ideas in the worst US citizens.
I could easily do the same for Europeans, see :

Claiming other nations are just as great as we are underminds our sovereignty. We cannot allow that.

I would give my life for America, and so would any other American. It's ok to claim Mexico or Canada has a great deal of culture, but to think they would beat us in a war is rediculous. Every American citizen wholeheartedly supports the actions of the government. They have learned a lot since Vietnam and will not make any more mistakes like that.

About WWI, territory is useless because the people living there would always be in resistance. And killing them off a la Civ 3 would make you a monster, like Hitler. Resources are abundant in Europe. And they still had a ton of colonies! There was no reason for WWI at all. They just wanted to prove who was bigger and badder. Too much pride in their countries resulted in this war. Germany and Austria just didn't want to accept that they couldn't beat the allies. Their judgement was clouded by their pride.

Luckily, we jumped in and finished them off before the war cost even more lives. Besides, we don't just care about ourselves. What has France given us since we saved their butts twice? Nothing. We gave billions of dollars to Europe in our Marshall Plan.

Martin Luther King didn't do such a good job. Heck, his own SON started the L.A. riots. He didn't help his own son out with morals, and he hasn't changed America's attitude either.

On the contrary, sovereignity cannot last without respecting other nations. You would indeed be the outcast Al Qaeda claims you are.

Canadians are worse than the French. All they do is talk about hockey and how much greater than are than America. The French were repayed after the revolutionary war, which would have been won without them anyway. George Washington's leadership won us the victory, not a handful of Frenchies. We had nothing to gain from saving them in WWII. We selflessly helped them, while they helped us just to hurt the British.

Today, I hope Britain and France go to war just to show once and for all who is superior.
