Messed up Game

When using GEM my game gets pretty messed up. Check this picture:

Marshes seems to be missing the proper graphics and some strings are messed up.
I've been experiencing weird stuff with this mod since release, but I decided do wait until beta phase was out to report.

Notice that it only happens when i play with GEM.

So far I've tried to run GEM alone to see if was some incompatibility, but still messing up my game. I've tried to verify game files trough Steam as well, but didn't work. Recently I've deleted all the local files and downloaded the entire game again from steam, but still didn't work. Did I skip something that can be done?

Thal had one bad download, delete your files and do the manual download again. Should fix your problem.

I recommend trying the things on the common checklist. It usually solves weird issues like that. If you still encounter the problem, please post back.

Good news: the problem was solved.

I did the whole procedure in the common checklist again just to be sure, and, in top of that, I've unsubscribed and subscribed the mods again, deleting their files meanwhile. It seems that the game didn't update CivUP, but did update GEM.

I don't know exactly what did, in fact, solve the problem. But there's a hint there for people experiencing the same. Sorry for the trouble guys.
