Preflight: Looking good. We can expand by 2 cities. I would really like to take Delhi, as that would lower our Maintence costs dramatically, but we don't really have the tanks for that...ah, well. On to boring stuff, I suspose.
Militarily, I would build some picket ships (destoyers) and bombers to protect our waters, and a lot of tanks to take Delhi, raze Karachi and rebuild it for the incense, and possibly raze Lahore & Madras for fun.
We have no Uranium...ouch.
I switch cities that could use it to offshore platforms.

(2)1814: Sci to zero, still get space flight in 1. I send a transport over to Vladivostok.
IBT: There is only one small wonder left to research, SDI, and I don't suspect we need it right away. I study synthetic fibers for the tanks, due in 6. Delhi finishes Seti. They MUST GO!

(4)1818: I start RRing the rest of Vladivostoks territory. Heh, can't RR the small island, eh? Never tested this before, so I guess this is a good time to do so, I make an airfield on the island and the mainland. Nope, it doesn't work, I just can't get coal/iron to this spot. It is good to know, however, that even though building an airfield destroys the mining/irrigation, you can just remine/irrigate after the airfield is built.

We have 14 armors ready to strike next turn. I suggest getting America into the fight as well, as we can then get some dyes out of the deal and avoid a conflict with them. On face value, he will take Fission on a MPP, you might be able to haggle him a bit lower, but he is going to be our only real source of uranium for the rest of the game - and its required to build the Manhattan project. Take Delhi, and raze/rebuild Karachi.
Cure for Cancer is due next turn, build the Apollo program next, and rush it with our leader.
There are a total of 6 uraniums on the map that I could find. Otto has 1, India has 2, and America has the rest. None are in areas that we really want to take.
I have been able to plant spies in all of the other civs.
I realize we might be able to skate for the rest of the game and win via culture...but we might as well have a little fun while we are at it.
