Microsoft support question

Hey there. I was trying to contact Microsoft support (I know, I know) and when I hit "OK" to send the message from their support page I got a blank screen that said "Unregistered Eform source." I've tried this a few times over the past week or two, always with the same result. What does "Unregistered Eform source" mean? I'd like to ask Microsoft, but that seems a little difficult . . .

Are you using the wrong browser? I get something like that when I use Mozilla to fill out microsoft forms...
