How do you use your heli in the game? Like a land unit or plane? Stats?

Land units with ignore terrain cost, bombard, and blitz. I took away 'treats all terrain as roads' and lethal land bombard because it simply was too powerful. Also stealth attack is added for the most modern helicopters like Apache. In [1989] the Hinds are air units due to the way the Soviets used their attack choppers.
