Lets make sure we find out what, and who, is close by our island first. Exploration is good. If no one is menacing us, well...

Lets just say it will suck to be the blue civ.

I say that the blue civ shall be the first to fall by our mighty sword. Or, we could quarantine then to go the whole game with 1-2 cities. They would be backwards in tech and we could take all their gold every turn or else they would die. It would be fun to have a pet civ
