Minami-ken - Our goal is to be the primary tank production center.

Code:
City		spt (after corruption)	Final Primary Function
Salamanca	50			Tanks (2)
Vandopolis	40			Tanks (2)
Civantoria	25			Artillery (will need Offshore Platform)
Ela Springs	7			??? (will need Offshore Platform)

As you can see from the below instructions, I'm requesting that a massive industrial development of Vandopolis take place. This is so that the city can reach its' optimal 50spt total. Once Modern Armor comes online, I'd like the top two cities to reach 60spt atleast. The bottom two will need Offshore Platforms to be more productive (research Miniturization).


Salamanca: Tanks, Tanks, Tanks, Tanks, Tanks (built every 2 turns)
Vandopolis: Hospital (Rush on turn 0), Tanks only (built every 3 unless 50spt is obtained).
Civantoria: Factory(1), University (rush on turn 2), Destroyer(<5), Destroyer(<5)
Ela Springs: Factory (rush on turn 7), Bank (<23)

Micromanagement:

Ela Springs - Rail the remaining roads around the city (1N of the city, and 2NW of the city).

Salamanca - This city is ok. It has one unrailed tile, but takes less priority (it's already at 50spt).

Vandopolis - Chop all 6 forest, rail and mine those former forest tiles. (Note, 3 forest tiles could be chopped to save us from rushing the hospital. We have enough workers for this). If the DP chooses, he can chop 3 forests on turn 0 in Vandopolis so that no hospital rush needs to be done.

There are also workers working tiles that will never be used in my province, like 2 west of Civantoria.. Make these workers chop down Vandopolian forests.

Civantoria - No MM needed.

War Shmar. Chances are we're done with war for the rest of the game and we wont need to crush anyone. You also suggested in the Zarnia thread more workers to fight pollution ;).

But we also have to wait and see what the MSAV has to say too.

EDIT- Now that I think about it more, we can use those tanks to create a wall so Babylon or France can't get to each other, preventing our country to become a battleground. Good thinking CT!
 
Civanator, why use 100 shield units when you can use 20 shield explorers? You get 5 times as many. A wall of units with a 1 tile gap is fine with me. Make a maze. :D

Most of the citys producing tanks are close to 50SPT. We would be wasting 30Shields to build an explorer. If we decide that we don't need the tanks then they can be shipped to the corrupt cities and disbanded to help produce improvements.

That is very Amazing.

While we are at war, It is a good thing to be producing more tanks and other units so that we cn have an army that will be the envy o every other nation.
