Minas Gereas upgrade cost

Has anyone else encountered a bug where it costs 0 Gold to upgrade a Frigate to Minas Gereas?

I have encountered this bug, but i have been unable to reproduce it. I can confirm you are not crazy.

Yes, I have seen this on numerous occasions but I too can't recreate it... and sometimes it is just 15 gold, sometimes 45, sometimes other amounts. Really nuts.

In my last game it said zero but in reality it did cost to upgrade it nevertheless
