thanks everyone. one thing i should note is i think this graphic appears as a terrain feature, and may need a ton of xml work (and sdk if you want the mines to damage units)

Health conditions have worsen as the fires continue to burn this once beautiful city with it's Celtic Dùn & Zulu Barracks.
& we'll take you inside the press conference where the mayor, GarretSidzaka, will explain his evacuation plan. The angry citizens want to know how the mayor plans to get them out, now that they're surrounded by mine fields.

yeah this one is toast. if anyone has a copy of it i will reupload it. some hacker toasted a bunch of files last summer.

i could try a bit later. right now im swamped with real life and editing the ModCast, so it will be a bit. also i want to do the signs better, they need some model editing.
