Where to download

I apologize if this gets asked often, but I tried looking around the forum and with search words and I didn't find anything. I used to love playing this mod in its 1.16 form and I really wanted to try the 1.18. I have no idea how to download it though...I feel a bit dumb asking, but can someone please help me out?

See access to the development version. There are two ways, the easiest being direct download from Github.

Ok, I got it from Github and I installed it. I got into the game and as soon as I pick the nation and start loading the game it crashes. Am I missing a hotfix or something of that kind?

No, the current state of the mod should be working.
