Mini Mod Seige Units Beta 1.0

In progress------Mini Mod for Realism Invictus 3.1 that Lowers overall collateral damage of the Siege units but extends the range (area attacks). I did a similar file for a couple of civ3 mods and they were alot of fun to play. This will help the AI but add a different game exp. to the seige units, hopefully. Im still testing gameplay and will update.

Why? The Seige units (as are and common to every mod as far as I know) are easy to overwhelm AI units and provide cheap promotions during battle, soon a super promoted SOD can be built. Hopefully this will make this more difficult and allow the AI to compete better.

I may need to correct current bet file as changing data numbers was complex as many variations of units are in mod and huge number of data lines involved, the Realism Invictus team knows, lol.

Download path===UNZIP and install to CIV4/beyond the sword/mods/realism invictus/assets/xml/units/ , this will overwrite the current TR_Seige_Civ4 units file, so make a copy of that file and keep it.

Need to edit the mobile trib. sp units., they are in a different file though.
 
A few seige units still need edits esp. mobile trib, will get to them as soon as I can.
 
I think the added STR on those are ok to leave in because they are limited builds. Playing a total war game with Mongols and going well with the mini-mods so far, in second place.
 
Working well in my current game. I cut the collat damage and they now only damage 2 units but they have a 2 range. Best of all AI is using them as ranged unit fine:goodjob:
