Mini PC for Linux?

Looking for a mini PC recommendation to be able to run Civ 5 WITH ENHANCED USER INTERFACE on LInux.

I know if I saw a topic like this, my first thought is that a potato could fit the bill these days. HOWEVER, I have a 12 year old laptop that I got Civ5 with EUI running fine on LInux, while a 3 year old laptop that I have is having issues (haven't quite given up yet).

So with any luck, one of you is running what I'm talking about well and happens to see this! Thank you for your time.

any new ones with ryzen/ddr4/ssd/nv.me shud be fine, they are cheap right now just search youtube for a review if you find one

I play it on Steam Deck (both docked and handheld mode) and it runs great.
