After about a day of Civ 5 I noticed some of the icons and bars starting to look corrupted. Here is a screenshot showing some of this (plus poor start location

Not shown are the icons for other civs, which would be listed on the diplomacy menu. These sometimes appear corrupted, sometimes not.
Computer specs are well within acceptable range for Civ 5.
It's a very minor issue but I figured someone might know what's happening.
