When zoomed out to the third furthest layer. i.e. globe view with the wind...
If one attempts to click on a city to see the details it appears to attempt to zoom into the city and gets about 1/3 of the way there and zooms back out to previous view. I have still been unable to zoom to city details from the furthest level of zoom. I believe this should either not be possible or work correctly.
