Missing Art in Civ 4 Art folders?

I was looking for the fort art to mess around with all that stuff, but it appears that where it should be doesn't exist.

According to one of the improvement xml files, the fort image files should be in "Art/Structures/Improvements/Fort/" but that directory doesnt exist... theres only "Art/Structures/Improvements/Farm" and one for windmills and mines I think, but no other improvements.

Anyone know where these are or whats the deal with it?
Does it have anything to do with the SDK or those Assets#.fdk files?
I never bothered to figure out what SDK or FDK are for, I'm guessing hardcode that isn't easily played with.

All of those files are compressed. You have to uncompress them. Let me see if I can find the doc about it.
