Missing forest fires + meteor strikes?

I've realized that since the Ethiopia update, I haven't seen either a forest fire or a meteor strike. These aren't Apocalypse mode only, are they?

No they're in the base game w/ GC/Maya DLC enabled. I posted a fix a couple days ago in the bug report thread Pfeffersack linked to. In short, it was a file that was given the wrong criteria.
