missing production

Starting a new huge marathon game as the English I used the Great Library to get Civil Service early. This let me get into the commerce socials. I soon got the +3 production in coastal cities advance....BUT IT DOESN"T WORK!

My cities (all coastal) don't reflect the additional 3 production that should be there.

Any fix to this?

Okay. Now I see where it goes. Instead of having a separate listing under production the extra production is just making each city hex have that much extra production included under the heading of terrain. So no problem after all. Just something that wasn't obvious to me in how it was handled.
