missing UN mission and units

I'm playing Rise of Mankind v2.8 with Civilization IV: Beyond the Sword v3.19 and noticed that I cannot build the 'UN Mission' and the UN units associated with it. I believe I meet all the requirements, the building just doesn't seem to exist anymore. When I go into Worldbuilder and check the buildings list it also doesn't show up. Because I can't build the UN mission, I also can't build the UN units.

The appropriate files still appear to be in place in the mods/rise of mankind/assets/modules folder...but they do not appear anywhere in the game.

Any idea if this is an error and if so, how I can fix it? Thanks!

Don't know if this applies to UN missing in World Builder, but have to by chance deactivated Diplomatic Victory ?

@ Dancing Hoskuld: I checked the file and compared it to the tutorial you provided, but it seems to be in order. In any case I haven't modified them since unpacking RoM...is there any reason why the standard file wouldn't work in my case?

@ Stormwind: Diplomatic Victory is on...I already have the 'regular' UN, just seem to have trouble with the UN Mission.

Thanks to both of you for your replies...its not a major issue, just an annoying one.

Can the UN Mission be built in places besides the capital? I don't recall off the top of my head, but I thought I may have read something at one point in time (probably waaaaaaay back in a prior version of RoM) taht it had to be built in a capital.

I think 2.6x was the last RoM version were the Palace was required for it. (OT: The Palace is still required for the Treasury.)

I've checked everything suggested, but its still not working :( The UN Mission and UN units don't appear anywhere in the game...not in Worldbuilder and not in the Civelopedia.

The MLF files in /modules/, /modules/Custom Building/ and /modules/Custom Units/ appear to be correct...although I must admit I'm not an expert on it.

well that's your problem right there. make all the two word files into one word files with an underscore ( _ )as the space then change all the MLF entries to match them. However all the art files in those folders won't work because of the paths that require the two worded folders. Your best bet would copy/paste all the two word folders and replace the space with a _ on the new folders then add those folders into the MLF.
