Wether Lore-based, RP-based, Team Battles, FFA, or what ... im dying for some multiplayer here. Hamachi is a good choice for multiplayer. Currently im on patch j, so a little bit of testing/patience might be necessary until we discover wether there are OOS problems. Also, the least use of routers the better, it seems, although in any case, an attempt at host is better than no attempt at all. If you are new to multiplayer (especially hamachi) it is normal for map initialization to "crash" the game. A simply rehost will enable the game to be played normally, the "crash" usually only happens once. (well, once per "map").
at least 4 people make for a good multiplayer game, although best games have been Standard-Size pangea with 6-8 people.
hamachi networks include FFHRP, FFHRPII, and teamFFA. None of these require passwords iirc. Most common times for large games are 12:00 (noon) eastern on Saturdays and Sundays, although anytime you are available just turn on hamachi and stop on by, there might be some people there.
