Mobile SAM?

Hi folks,

has anybody thought about creating something like a mobile SAM unit? Or something like a flak that actually can be moved?

Is that possible at all? I can't stand the AI bombing the hell out of my invasion troops without any chance to defend...

Its a great idea but can land units have the intercept capability of air units? if so then its an excellent idea and a great land counter for incoming air strikes. However its already represented ingame with a city improvement so I don't know if its practical, being that you could just build an air interceptor like the jet fighter or F-15. Otherwise nice thought mano.
