[MOD] Fall from Heaven II

I was palying the pirate civ and whenI tried to build a pirate cove the game stalled. Does anyone know why?

That issue was fixed in 0.22 patch "c". We are up to patch "h" now, you can download it from the link in the first post.
 
I think that every civilization should have 1 unique trait (as in, a trait that no other civilizations have). Already, Hippus have Horselords, Ljosofar will have Dexterous, Svartalfar will have Sinister. Are there any plans for more civilization-specific traits?
 
I just built the Genesis, and nothing happened except my GNP seen to have dropped by 30% upon completion. Civepedia said it is supposed to "upgrade builder's terrain". So exactly what does this building do?
 
It converted your tundras to plains (or grass land?) and your plains to grass land. That's where you lost your production. It's not always a good idea to build it, especially if you don't have many mountaints and already access to druids / nature 3 mages anyway (to selectively terraform).

I am the player which is enjoying Civ4 in Japan.
Recently, FfH is got to know, and it is happily kept idle and is given.

In fact, there was consultation and it mailed.
An English-language edition and a Japanese version are among Civ4 currently sold in Japan.

Although the English-language edition supports five languages, by the Japanese version, change is added so that Japanese may be displayed as the 6th nation.
Therefore, in order to move by a Japanese version, it is necessary to add the 6th language.

In order to do the work in order to use by oneself now, but to translate into Japanese the names (Hill Giant:Moe etc.) currently directly written in the program,
It is necessary to make some corrections on Py file.

Then, I would like to get the permission of translation into Japanese, and the permission of correction to Py file.

It will be saved if it does not interfere, and the permission of distribution gratuitously is also got.

Since the file is diverted, there are seldom many work loads of mine.
the message currently directly written on CvEventManager.py etc. -- TXT_KEY -- the work replaced with ... takes the lead.

(I poor at English asked for the permission of translation because the complicated writing part was already translated.)

Most non-translation parts are corrections of a program. If it is this, English I weak should be able to also do it. :)

I am replacing any python text with TXT_KEY strings as I get to them. Every version has a few less. Hopefully by 0.23 you will be able to do almost a complete translation without having to change the python files.

But if you want to modify the python files to translate them now, you are welcome to.
 
I keep getting a fatal memory allocation error. It happens within 2 turns on this save, can anyone replicate that?

Each square is 4 wolf packs deep, and about 90% of the unsettled tiles are like that. I just choose two screens near my civ. For the record, Custom Continents map on Huge, 9 civs including my own. Almost all growth has stopped since there is a figurative wall of wolves at every border.

Well I know you know this, but Final Fantasy ;)

But even Squaresoft took it from somewhere, and Midgar for example is from norse mythology (Midgård)
