Mod for scenario playing in hotseat

I would very, very, very much like to see a mod where i'd be able to play scenarios in hotseat mode. Firaxis has left out scenarios of hotseat and i don't think they'll ever fix this mistake... So i hope some of u good moders can make that happen with moding
