Mod Idea?

I don't know where to put this... But here goes.

If any of you have read the Discworld series by Terry Pratchett, I think that it would be interesting to make a mod based on it. I don't know if that constitutes copyright infringement, though.

1.There are dozens of mods based on movies/books/games/alternate universes so I'm pretty sure you'll be safe copyright wise.
2.Yes this is the right place to suggest a mod.
3. No I never read that. Is it sci-fi, fantasy, etc?

A fantasy parody/satire series. Quite funny - at least most of the time. But with low value on fleshing out the world - could be difficult to find many authentic/interesting civ's and units...
