Mod like Sevo's out there?

Can anyone recommed a mod that is very similar to Sevo? I heard he is no longer updating his mod and with the 1.7* patch I am thinking his latest won't work. Really looking for Sevo but updated. I only have Civ4 right now, but have Warlords on order.

Oh, and I'm not really wanting to make changes like having elves and stuff, just enhancements. More Techs, units, buildings and such.
