Mod Manager for Civilization V?

I play with different combinations of mods and it's a real chore ticking and unticking the mods in the Civilization V menu (and sometimes the game even crashes while I'm doing so). Is there a Mod Manager à la Paradox Interactive's launchers for their games which can save playsets for different combinations of mods? Or if not, is there any way I can preserve mod combinations and switch to and fro?
