Mod Manager?

Does anybody know of a mod help one that will automatically install a leaderhead/civilization? either that or I need help because I'm lost with this entire modding thing I thought I got it right than it would crash randomly if there is nothing like that, that exist PM me or if you have Xfire add me. My user is djs100 by the way I have Civilization 3 The Complete Edition.

I've not seen or used any tool like that. I would peruse the Tutorials section. Adding these things to your game is very easy, which is why Civ3 modding is still going strong after all these years. It is confusing at first, but once you get it down it is a piece of cake

Well I want to add these Civ's to my game and replace one of them so when I play I can just play and not have to play scenarios and just be able to use one Civ

What do you mean by it resets? As in you'll make some modifications to MyAwesomeMod.biq, save it, quit, reload the BIQ in the editor, and it won't have those modifications anymore?

I don't know of any utility to automagically add in a new civ, either. But it should be possible to get it working with the editor (and adding a few files in the proper places).

My civ editor gives the option to add in a new civ for a scenario or on the editor itself
