No he disabled them for good and it wouldd be useless to put them back in cuz there would be nowhere to settle (no city razing rules)
 
I seem to have been able to put them back in...

especially handy for Australia, which for one reason or another has only one city Sidney, in all 3 scenario's...

I'd expected them to be part of England in 1901, and 1941, and separate in 1961...

but in all versions there's only one british city...

Also in 1901 the entire continent of South America and the southern part of Africa are barbarian cities... most of South America would have been Spanish, or a separate civ, and most of southern Africa should have been British...

apart from that great Scenario's just hoping I can help...
 
Well right now more civs are being added so when the next MaxRigaMod comes out it will have all that stuff.

it will be just additional scenario but i will keep playing on old ones with 13 civs ( it takes less time t play it )

I'd expected them to be part of England in 1901, and 1941, and separate in 1961...

i must keep scenario balanced, other way u whould have egypt more powerful then usa, for example.
so, the scenarious ( cause of small map for europe ) are couldn't be as it was in real ( don'r blame me, blame civ4 game and buy HOI2 to play the real strategy ) :)))
 
mmm so the extra cities would make England to powerful you say?

England was a pretty powerful nation, just as Spain, Germany and France... around 1901 they were more powerful than Russia and the USA...

so I believe it couldn't hurt if England, Germany and Spain got some more colonies...

England was MOST powerful civilization at the beginning of last century! But i have to keep scenario balanced and by the way, Russia on top of 1901 is only of amount of culture ( i had to make all russia covered with it's borders ) but not technologically. so, england is most advanced in 1901.

I just downloaded your mod and was playing as Germany in the 1901 scenario. I am supposed to be able to build a Luftwaffe factory I believe?; but it is not in the techs that can be researched. It's listed in the civopedia but I can't find the techs to research it nor its prerequisite. Is this by design?

Yes, can be a little confusing. Researching certain vehicles and aircraft opens up the various factory options. In this case researching the FW190a (with oil) lets you build the Luftwaffe factory.

i will make it more clear in the next update but for now take a look in readme file ( same as on my webpor on my webpage or first page of this post ) and you will find what techs u have to have to build it, just reposting it here -
Military Schools ( Factories )

MIG - req. tech – mig3
BOEING - req. tech – p38
LUFTWAFFE - req. tech – fw190a
SU - req. tech – SU37
TANKS - req. tech - Industrialism
MODERNTANKS - req. tech - Composites
LOCKHEED MARTIN - req. tech – Military Generation III
SIKORSKY - req. tech - Rocketry
RAF - req. tech - Spitfire

P.S. all factories require IRON to be built, not OIL !!! Planes need oil :))) so, your civ must have this two strategic resources to grow up as super power and be able to build modern military stuff ;) also in 1901 you can build ww1 tanks/planes without any resources but LUFTWAFFE Factory will come later ;)
 
I've got the screenies of my tech tree below.(the end part) My problem is, unless I downloaded something wrong, I can't find the FW190a tech. I moused over everthing and I can't find it. Even though there is a Sikorsky Factory listed under rocketry, I can't find anything with a Luftwaffe factory on it.

I don't think you did anthing wrong. It just may be overlapped or something.

I have the same problem. Use the drop down tech advisor that appears in the main screen after the discovery of the latest research. Or, click the research bar at the top of the main screen. This will also give you selections that might be unavailable on the F6 science screen. Hope this helps.

Oops, my bad. Yes, oil is needed for planes etc, iron for the 'factories'.

you didn't do anything wrong, lot of techs box just over the other ones, so u don't see it ( i am not good with this tech trees ). so, the best way to see what u need is - open maxrigamod/assets/xml/techologies/civ4techinfos.xml file ( i open it in word ) press F4 and find the tech u need.
in ur case it's - TECH_fw190a

<PrereqTech>TECH_FLIGHT</PrereqTech>
</AndPreReqs>

so, u need to descover FLIGHT tech to be able to start reserching wf190a's planes.
