Mod Request: Based on America. Change names of civ and leader.

I would like to play a custom Civilization based on America but with my own Civilization name and leader name. Keeping everything else the same.

I would attempt this in Modbuddy but not sure what files to change or where to find them. If someone could tell me where those files are located or packaged them for download that would be great!

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
