Mod Request - make certain wonders allowed to have 2 of when playing Standard?

Basically the above - when you have 5 players, it feels bad when 7 wonders isn't a race, but even an impossibility.

Wonders in `constructible.xml` have a parameter MaxWorldInstances. Change that number into how many copies of specific Wonders you want
