So, playing Civ 5, I really enjoy it, save one thing I find to be a pain and not make sense. That being more cities hurting happiness. To me this is really counter Civ, and harms the gameplay more than helps it. Of course that is my opinion, you may have a different one. My mod request is simply a mod that changes that factor of the game so city building no longer harms happiness, or someone giving me the instructions on how to mod the game myself.

Authran, I had a very similar reaction when I started playing Civ. It seemed very strange that the game was punishing me for expanding/building an actual Civilization.
However, having played the game fora few years now, that mechanic is there to stop you from expanding beyond the means of your empire. I'd really encourage you to play on lower difficulties and slowly learn how to balance your unhappiness, it ends up being a really rewarding mechanic to overcome.
