Mod that plays sound/popup when it's my turn?

In multiplayer (internet), when I'm waiting for the next turn to start, I often look at the tech tree, or have city production open. That means I don't realise when the new turn starts and a unit needs orders, or there's some other action I have to take. Is there a mod that will make a sound and/or show a popup when my attention is needed? Thanks.
