Mod to reduce the frequency of AI civs contacting you?

has any1 ever felt annoyed by the neverending requests by the AI to ask for various accomodations-be it asking for open borders or interest in declaring war on other nations. is there a mod to reduce the frequency of it?

This is possible but I am not familar with any current mods that do so...it shouldn't be too hard though.

Yes, it would be easy to realize, all aspects of the AI's behaviour are partly determined by figures in XML files that can be changed. It would be easy to make mods that increase or reduce the chance that the AI -
* starts chatting with you
* wants to be friends with you
* declares on you
* covets your lands
* protects city states
* is jealous of your wonders
* etc, etc, etc
It doesn't require much modding ability either, but perhaps that's the problem; modders want to do something more interesting than just to change a couple of figures. And each person will want something different adjusted, that might also be a problem.
Although even with things that you'd think would be popular, like reducing the chance that the AI declares, there have to my knowledge not been mods that provided it.
