Installation Instructions:
-----------------------
*Unzip this file to C:\Program Files\Firaxis Games\Sid Meier's Civilization 4\Warlords\Mods.
*Remember to change C:\Program Files.. to your install directory or drive if you installed to a different location.

Usage:
------
*Simply goto Advanced/Load a Mod from main menu to load MOD.

This is mainly a MP mod aimed at the Civ4players ladder. It simply removes the above changes from the game to
allow an even start for all players. This was created at the request of the admin of the ladder and will be used in
their monthly CCC championships.
